THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN AN ORGANIC SOLVENT, IN THE PRESENCE OF A CONDENSING AGENT, AN ACID ACCEPTOR OR A TRIALKYLAMINE AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN -40 <025> C AND 40 <025> C.
