PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING QUATERNARY ACRYLIC-BASED COPOLIMERIC AMMONIUM SALTS, SOLUBLE OR MICROEMULGIBLE IN AQUEOUS SURFACTANTS SYSTEMS, WHOSE MOLECULAR WEIGHT IS COMPRISED BETWEEN 10 RAISED AT 4 AND 10 ELEVATED FROM DISSOLVED TO 4 AND 10 ELEVATED IN COPOLIZED DISSOLVED IN COPOLIZED EMERGENCY IN OIL OF A QUATERNARY AMMONIUM SALT OF THE ACRYLIC ACID SERIES AND AT LEAST ANOTHER ACRYL-BASED COMMONOMER, IN THE PRESENCE OF AN EMULGENT, OF A POLYMERIZATION INITIATOR AND EVENTUALLY OF AN EMULSION STABILIZER, ISOLATED BY PRECIPITERIZATION OF COPOLIMITERIZATION WITH A SOLUBLE SOLUBLE IN WATER AND REACTION OF THE COPOLYMERIZED WITH AN ANIONIC BTENSOACTIVE, EVENTUALLY ANFOTERO, WITH CHANGE OF IONS, IN A WATERY MEDIUM, AT A PH BETWEEN 5 AND 9 AND AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 10 AND 6 / DEGREES.
