abstract | PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A CYCLIC OCTAPEPTIDE, AS WELL AS ITS COMPLEXES AND SALTS, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH L-TRP, D-TRP OR AN ANALOGUE WITH A HALOGEN IN THE INDOLIC NUCLEUS; AC IS HYDROGEN OR ACYL; A IS L-PHE, D-PHE, L-PHG, WITH THE PHENILIC RING REPLACED AND WITHOUT SUBSTITUTE OR SATURATED; AND B IS A RADICAL OF AMINOCARBOXYL ACID. CONSISTS OF THE DISSOLUTION OF THE PROTECTIVE GROUP (S) OF A CYCLICAL COMPOUND STRUCTURALLY CORRESPONDING TO THE OCTAPEPTIDE TO BE OBTAINED, IN WHICH AT LEAST ONE OF THE AMINO, HYDROXYL AND / OR CARBOXYL GROUPS LEADS AN ADDITIONAL PROTECTIVE GROUP. THE DISSOCIATION REACTION IS CARRIED OUT ACCORDING TO CONVENTIONAL METHODS DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF GROUP TO BE SEPARATED.
