(CERTIFICATE OF ADDITION OF PATENT NUM 484094.) CONSISTS OF THE REACTION OF THE COMPOUNDS OF FORMULA (I) WITH AN ORGANIC OR INORGANIC BASE TO FORM THE BASIC SALTS OF THE SAME. THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN DIMETHYL FORMAMIDE AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 20 TO 10C. THE PRODUCT OBTAINED IS SEPARATED AND PURIFIED BY CONVENTIONAL PROCEDURES.
