PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING THIOFORMAMIDE DERIVATIVES, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH R IS HYDROGEN OR RADICAL C1-4 ALKYL; X IS OXYGEN OR SULFUR; AND IT IS OXYGEN, SULFUR, RADICAL METHYLENE, OR A LINK; AND HET IS A RADICAL AROMATIC HETEROCICLICO. IT CONSISTS IN THE REACTION OF A DITIOSTER OF FORMULA (II) WITH AN AMINE OF FORMULA RNH2, IN WHICH R, HET, XEY HAVE THE SAME MEANING THAT IN FORMULA (I) AND R '' IT IS A RADICAL ALKYL C1-4, BENCILO CARBOXIMETILO THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT WITH EXCESS AMINE, WITHOUT A SOLVENT OR IN AN ORGANIC SOLVENT INERT AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 20C AND 130C. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THEIR ANTI-ULCER, ANTISECRETORY AND REGULATORY ACTIVITY OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM. |
