IT CONSISTS OF THE CLOSING REACTION OF THE LINKS OF HYDRACIDAL MONOAMINE ACIDS AND DIAMINE ACIDS OF ALKANE ACID, OF FORMULA (III), IN WHICH R1 AND R2, M AND N HAVE THE SAME MEANINGS AS IN FORMULA (I); AND IT IS CHLORINE OR BROMINE; ONE OF R''4 OR R''5 IS HYDROGEN AND THE OTHER ONE OF LOVING TYPES OF RADICALS. THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT BY HEATING TO TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 100-200 C., IN THE PRESENCE OF AMINES AND IN A SOLVENT WITH A HIGH BOILING POINT. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE APPLICATIONS AS PSYCHOPHARMACES AGAINST RETROGRADED AND ANTEROGRATED AMNESIA, AGAINST ISCHEMIA AND AS AGENTS WITH NOOTROPIC EFFECT.
