A MIXTURE MADE OF AN AQUEOUS REACTION MEDIUM; THE MONOMER OR MONOMERS TO BE POLYMERIZED; AN AMOUNT OF 0.02 TO 1 PER 100 BY WEIGHT, REGARDING THE WEIGHT OF MONOMERS, OF A FREE RADICAL FORMING CATALYST, AND AN EMULGENT; IT IS POLYMERIZED AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 30 AND 70GC TO PRODUCE A VINYL RESIN LATEX. AN ULTRAFILTRATION OF SAID LATEX IS PERFORMED AT A PRESSURE OF BETWEEN 0.35 AND 4.2 KG / SQUARE KG / CM, MAKING IT PASS THROUGH A SEMI-PERMEABLE MEMBRANE. THE PERMEATED OBTAINED IS MADE TO PASS TO THE REACTION AREA TO BE USED AS AN AQUEOUS REACTION MEDIUM. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE VINYL POLYMER IN LATEX FORM IS DRIED AND RECOVERED AS A DRY POWDER.
