SAID ANTIBIOTIC, PRESENT IN THE FERMENTED BROTH, IS REACTED WITH A WATER-SOLUBLE ZINC SALT, SELECTED BETWEEN ZINC CHLORIDE AND CINC SULFATE, IN A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT TO FORM A CINC COMPLEX OF SAID ANTIUBLETIC POLY, WHICH IS UNSOLUBLETIC POLYE FERMENTED BROTH. OPTIONALLY, SAID INSOLUBLE ZINC COMPLEX IS RECOVERED FROM THE FERMENTED BROTH. FOR USE IN THE PREPARATION OF FEED FOR MEAT-PRODUCING ANIMALS, SUCH AS CATTLE, SOW, SHEEP AND AVIAN.
