IT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING STAGES: 1) HUMIDATION OF A SUPPORT GRAIN OF NON-TOXIC MATERIAL WITH A DIAMETER BETWEEN 800 AND 1,000 MICRONS, USING AN AQUEOUS ALCOHOLIC POLYVIDONE SOLUTION. 2) DUSTING THE SUPPORT WITH A MIXTURE OF DIHYDROERGOTOXIN AND LACTOSE, ALLOWING IT TO DRY. THE GRAIN REACHES A DIAMETER OF 900 TO 1,250 MICRONS. 3) COATING OF THE DRY GRAIN, OF A POLYMER OF THE METHACRYLIC ACID OF POLYMETHACRYLATE OF ALCOHYL, OR OF A MIXTURE OF THESE POLYMERS. 4) DUSTING THE GRAIN WITH TALC, RESTARTING OPERATIONS UNTIL 15 TO 20 PER 100 OF DIHYDROERGOTOXIN IS RELEASED IN AN AQUEOUS MEDIUM IN ONE HOUR, 40 TO 50 PER 100 IN FOUR HOURS, 80 TO 90 PER 100 IN EIGHT HOURS AND 100 FOR 100 IN TWELVE HOURS. VASCULAR AND CEREBRAL PATHOLOGY.
