IT CONSISTS OF REACTING L-PROLINE TERO-BUTYL ESTER WITH 3-ACETYL THIO-2-METHYL PROPIONIC ACID THROUGH THE MIXED ANHYDRIC OBTAINED FROM ACETYLTHYL-PROPIONIC ACID AND ETHYL CHLOROPHORMIATE. THEN THE TERO-BUTYL ESTER AND ACETYL GROUP IS HYDROLYZED. THE REST OF ACETYL IS HYDROLYZED WITH METHANIL / TRIETHYLAMINE IN AN INERT ATMOSPHERE. THE PURIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT IS CARRIED OUT THROUGH ITS SALT WITH DICICLOHEXYLAMINE WITH POSTERIOR REGENERATION OF THE ACID. ANTIHYPERTENSIVE. one |
