titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING SPIRAL DERIVATIVES OF 3- (3,5-DIHALOGENOFENIL) -OXAZOLIDIN-2-TION-4-ONAS
abstract Spiro derivatives of the 3-(3,5-dihalogenophenyl)-oxazolidin-2-thion-4-ones according to the present invention a considerably higher fungicidal effect, especially against the Botrytis classes, than the tetramethyl-thiuram disulfide compound known from the current state of the art, which is a recognized good means with an equal sense of efficacy. The spiro derivatives of the 3-(3,5-dihalogenophenyl)-oxazolidin-2-thion-4-ones according to the present invention are generally defined by the general formula (I). In this formula, X and Y are the same or different and are preferably fluorine, chlorine, bromine and iodine. The index n is preferably by the integers 2 or 3
