titleOfInvention | A PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF SILILAMIDAS |
abstract | An amide group chained to a carbon in the cycloalkyl part that is directly linked to a junction carbon in the ring. It is also preferred that the benzocycloalkyl nucleus is indanyl and particularly 1-indanyl. The invention also provides a process for the preparation of the compounds of the formula, characterized in that a compound of the formula is acylated. H2N-R with a compound of formula IV, **(Formula)** or a reactive derivative thereof, where R, R1, R2 and R3 have the previously indicated meanings. The reaction conditions for this type of acylation reaction are known per se. Suitable compound derivatives include acid chlorides, active esters, a carbodiimide adduct, or mixed anhydrides. |
