titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING A PROTECTIVE COMPOSITION OF - PLANTS WHICH INCLUDES AS AN ANTIDOTE A DERIVATIVE OF 1,4-OXA-ZA-SPYROHYDROCARBIDE.
abstract Plant protection compositions, which can be applied to or mixed into the soil in a way known per se. A direct treatment of the plants or impregnation of the seeds is also possible. The antidotes are formulated together with the herbicide (s), or are used as separate formulations before, after, or simultaneously with treatment with the herbicide (s). The antidotes according to the invention are preferably used to lessen the undesirable effect of the herbicidal thiolcarbamate derivatives. In this way, herbicides of the thiolcarbamate type can also be safely used for which the effective and phyto-toxic doses are very close or even overlapping. However, it should not be forgotten that herbicide activity is strongly influenced by factors such as soil composition, atmospheric conditions, etc.
