| abstract |
Coating process for polyolefinic products that consists of: a) treating a polypropylene film on the surface so as to obtain sufficient wettability by means of oxidation. b) In carrying out a first coating of said film with polyimine in aqueous solution. c) To carry out a suitable varnishing of the product from section a), already coated as indicated in b) and dried, with a lacquer made up of three basic components: - a first component consisting of a vinyl copolymer (PVC / PVA) in a ratio of corresponding monomer between about 70/30 and 90/10. - A second component selected from the group consisting of polymers and copolymers of acrylic esters and their mixtures and - A third component essential for the practical application of the process, according to the invention, consisting of a polyester resin that is present in an approximate ratio of 1 -50 of the polymer system. |
