titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR THE USE OF WASTEWATER SLUDGE-LES
abstract Procedure for the use of digested sewage sludge under anaerobic conditions, formed mainly in the course of municipal wastewater treatment, containing organic impurities, characterized in that a) the digested sewage sludge is thermally treated by heating it to at least 80 ° C, preferably up to 100-150 ° C temperature and then optionally cooling to a temperature of 80-40 ° C, b) the digested and heat-treated sewage sludge is optionally separated in the presence of a coagulant, to obtain sludge concentrate and material supernatant, c) a culture medium is formed by adding to the supernatant an alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, preferably methanol, at least one inorganic nitrogen-containing salt, optionally vitamin precursor (s) ( s) soluble in water, as well as growth factors, d) the culture medium is inoculated with sewage sludge digested under anaerobic conditions, e) the inoculated culture medium is fermented at a temperature of 26-38 ° C by an anaerobic method, f) the biomass is separated from the fermentation liquid formed during fermentation.
