titleOfInvention | PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING TRIAZINES OR PYRIMIDINES FUNGICIDES HUMECTABLE POWDERS |
abstract | Process for preparing fungicidal wettable powders based on triazines or pyrimidines, comprising from 0.25 to 12% by weight of a first fungicidally active ingredient consisting of a triazine or pyrimidine compound of formula-01: **(Formula-01) ** where X is chlorine or fluorine and from 10 to 80% by weight of a benzimidazole or aluminum salt, as a second fungicidally active ingredient, of formula-02: **(Formula-02)** characterized in that it comprises the steps of: a) grinding the coarse active ingredient, at a temperature of 0 to 60ºC, so that at least 99% of the particles have an average diameter of less than 200 microns; b) mixing the ground product of step (a), at a temperature of 104 to 170°C, with 2 to 10% by weight of a wetting agent and 1 to 10% by weight of an anti-caking agent, to produce a wettable powder; or with up to 10% by weight of a surfactant or oil to produce a powder; and c) grinding the mixed product of step (b), at a temperature of -5°C to 65°C, until 99.5% of the particles have an average diameter of less than 50 microns. |
