Process for obtaining nitrogen-containing polysaccharides, having an anti-tumor activity, by extracting a fungus of the Basidiomycetea class with an aqueous solvent, characterized by improvement, in which a fungus belonging to the Coriolus genus of the Polyporaceae is initially extracted with water or a dilute aqueous alkaline solution and then internally extracted stepwise with aqueous alkaline solutions with gradually increasing concentration. |
