titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF CONCENTRATED AQUEOUS SUSPENSIONS CONTAINING ORGANIC SOLIDS.
abstract Procedure for the preparation of concentrated aqueous suspensions containing organic solids that are only slightly water-soluble with particle sizes of 1 to 500 microns, characterized in that in a first stage, a melt of an organic solid that is only slightly water-soluble is formed in a heated boiler and of an emulsifier, as well as optionally auxiliary formulation substances; in a second stage it is introduced, under strong stirring and possibly avoiding the entry of air, into an aqueous phase, which is in a refrigerated mixing tank, possibly containing auxiliary formulation substances, as well as possibly one or more additional water-soluble components and having a temperature lower than the melting point of the melt.
