Process for the preparation of novel acid amides of the formula I < IMAGE > in which R1 to R3 which are identical or different, denote hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 3 carbon atoms. The novel compounds are distinguished by useful pharmacological properties, in particular by muscle-relaxant, sedating, antiarrhythmic and anticonvulsive actions. They are prepared, starting from the corresponding isochromanones or the corresponding dicarboxylic acids, by reaction with suitably substituted glycinamides or their acid addition salts. |
