abstract A wooden panel is brush-coated with 2 coats of an acrylic paint made by mixing an acrylic emulsion with a composition made by grinding together TiO 2 , lamp black, asbestine, water, dispersing agent and surfactant. The TiO 2 bears 5-12 wt% of a calcined coating of Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 -Na 2 O (U. Al 2 O 3 , SiO 2 and a complex sodium aluminium silicate) (see Division C1). Each coat is air-dried for 48 hours.
