titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF PYRIDAZINES-3,6-DISUS-TITUIDAS.
abstract The invention comprises compounds of formula wherein R1 is H or alkyl (possibly OH-substituted), R11 is Ph or alkyl (possibly OH-substituted), or NR1R11 is a ring with possibly a further hetero-atom and alkyl substituents, R111 is H or alkyl, and R1111 is an alkyl, carboxy, aryl or optionally substituted furyl or thienyl, and a process for preparing them by reacting in an inert solvent the appropriate pyridazylhydrazine and carbonyl compound. All alkyl groups contain 1-8 C atoms. Therapeutic compositions with hypotensive activity comprise compounds of the above general formula with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
