titleOfInvention A METHOD TO MANUFACTURE A CELLULAR PRODUCT.
abstract In examples, a foam which has been east to a thickness of # inch is laminated to a cotton fabric (see Example 1) or is sandwiched between a cotton fabric backing material and a light acetate tricot fabric to form a laminate (see Example 2) the laminates are then dried and cured by heating. The foam comprises a latex of a polymer of ethylenically unsaturated molecules, at least 80% of which are monoethylenically unsaturated, which comprises (A) units of a guanamine of formula where R is a C 3-9 alkenyl group having a terminal group of formula CH 2 = C # and R0, R1, R2 and R3 are -H, -CH 2 OH or -CH 2 OR11, where R11 is a C 1-8 alkyl group and optionally (B) units of a reagent reactive with some or all of the above R to R3 groups to cross-link the polymer: with the proviso that when the above R to R3 groups are all H, (B) is essential.
