abstract Water-throwing toy weapon, essentially characterized by the fact that the body of the weapon adopts a futuristic configuration and comprises a hollow, water-containing fixed part that forms the handle with trigger guard, rear threaded opening and cap for loading, and part of the barrel, on whose fixed part a conical sleeve is mounted telescopically provided radially with a second anterior fist, and an axial extension to the sleeve that constitutes the end of the barrel, said end having a ball valve inside that in the displacements granted to the fist front and part of the barrel, in one sense cause the aspiration of water, while in the opposite movement the ball closes the passage and the water is driven under pressure through the capillary passage provided in the barrel nozzle, the weapon having a reservoir freestanding water feeder, shaped like an arched rectangular prismatic backpack, equipped with molded reliefs on its exposed face, simulated of controls or other elements of a transmitter group or the like, said tank having a pair of opposite threaded mouths, an upper one for filling, and the other lower one for mounting a bushing also internally threaded that is crossed by the end of a flexible conduit the opposite end of which also incorporates a threaded bushing that is attached to the threaded opening of the weapon, feeding it, the weapon being able to operate indiscriminately through its own volume of water contained inside, or remaining connected to the tank-backpack, through the conduit, for which purpose the tank has a harness formed by two bands, rear textiles for mounting on the shoulders and a transverse buckle for closing the harness once the tank is mounted on the back.
