An antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprising an antigen-binding domain of an antibody, wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof binds IL-21 and enhances IL-21 activity , and wherein the antigen-binding domain of the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises: (i) a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising a complementarity determining region (CDR) 1 comprising the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 5, a CDR2 comprising the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 6 and a CDR3 comprising the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 7; and a light chain (VL) variable region comprising a CDR1 comprising the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 8, a CDR2 comprising the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 9 and a CDR3 comprising the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NOT: 10; or (ii) a VH comprising a CDR1 comprising the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 11, a CDR2 comprising the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 12 and a CDR3 comprising the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 13; and a VL comprising a CDR1 comprising the sequence established in SEQ ID NO: 14, a CDR2 comprising the sequence established in SEQ ID NO: 15 and CDR3 comprising the sequence established in SEQ ID NO: 16. |
