abstract | A method of manufacturing laminated glass intermediate film, comprising the steps of: (A) providing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; (B) mixing the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a photoinitiator, a coupling agent, a crosslinking agent, an ultraviolet light absorber and a radical scavenger to obtain a mixture; and (C) forming the mixture at a specific temperature that is greater than or equal to 85°C and less than or equal to 130°C to obtain the intermediate laminated glass film; wherein, the amount of the photoinitiator ranges from 0.1 wt% to 10 wt%, the amount of the crosslinking agent ranges from 0.1 wt% to 4 wt%, the amount of the agent of coupling ranges from 0.01 wt% to 10 wt%, the amount of the radical scavenger ranges from 0.1 wt% to 0.5 wt%, and the amount of ultraviolet light absorber ranges from 0.1% by weight to 1% by weight based on the total amount of the mixture; the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer contains from 5% by weight to 70% by weight of vinyl acetate groups; the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer has a melt flow index ranging from 5g/10min to 50g/10min; where the melt flow index of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is measured under a test temperature condition of 190°C and a pressure of 2.16 Kgf according to the standard ASTM D1238 of the American Society for Testing and Materials; the coupling agent comprises a metal coupling agent or a silane coupling agent; the photoinitiator comprises a benzoin-based compound or a benzophenone-based compound, wherein the benzophenone-based compound includes benzophenone, 4-phenyl benzophenone, 2-isopropylthioxanthone, 2,4-diethylthioxanthone, 4-(4'- 15-methylphenylthio)benzophenone, or any combination thereof; the ultraviolet light absorber comprises a hydroxybenzophenone-based compound, a triazine-based compound or an amide-based compound; the crosslinking agent comprises a polyfunctional compound containing an acrylic group or a vinyl group; and the radical scavenger comprises a hindered phenolic antioxidant or a hindered amine light stabilizer. |
