abstract |
A method for inducing CD4-CD8+ T cells from pluripotent stem cells, comprising the following steps (1), (2) and (3), (1) differentiating the pluripotent stem cells to provide a cell culture comprising T cells CD4-CD8- and CD4+CD8+ T cells, (2) eliminate the CD4-CD8- cells and the CD4-CD8+ cells from the cell culture obtained in step (1), and (3) differentiate the CD4+CD8+ cells in the cell culture obtained in step (2) on CD4-CD8+ T cells; or the following steps (1) and (2'): (1) differentiate the pluripotent stem cells to provide a cell culture comprising CD4-CD8- T cells and CD4+CD8+ T cells, (2') differentiate the T cells CD4+CD8+ in the cell culture obtained in (1) on CD4-CD8+ T cells in the presence of a substance that inhibits the cytotoxic activity of CD4-CD8- T cells, where the CD8 antigen of the CD4-CD8+ T cells is a heterodimer composed of CD8α and CD8β chains. |
