abstract | A compound of the following formula [I]: **(See formula)** where X and Y represent any of the following items (1) to (3): (1) X is N and Y is CH or C- RY, (2) X is CH and Y is N, or (3) X is CH and Y is CH; RY represents a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkyl group; RA represents a C3-C7 cycloalkyl group which may be substituted, a C3-C7 cycloalkenyl group which may be substituted, a 6 to 10 membered monocyclic or bicyclic aryl group which may be substituted, or a 6 to 10 membered monocyclic or bicyclic heteroaryl group. 10-membered containing 1-2 heteroatoms independently selected from the group consisting of a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom and a nitrogen atom and which may be partially hydrogenated and may be substituted wherein the substituents of the C3-C7 cycloalkyl group above which may be substituted, the above C3-C7 cycloalkenyl group which may be substituted, the above 6 to 10 membered aryl group which may be substituted and the above 6 to 10 membered monocyclic or bicyclic heteroaryl group containing 1-2 selected heteroatoms regardless of the group consisting of a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom and a nitrogen atom which may be partially hydrogenated The and may be substituted are from 1 to 3 groups, each independently selected from the group consisting of fluorine, chlorine, bromine, or iodine, a cyano group, a C1-C6 straight or branched chain alkyl group, a C1-C6 haloalkyl group, straight or branched chain C6 having 1 to 3 fluorine, chlorine, bromine, or iodine atoms, a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkoxyalkyl group having 1 or 2 alkoxy groups, and a straight chain C1-C6 alkoxy group linear or branched, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkyl group; R2 represents a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkyl group which may be substituted, a C3-C7 cycloalkyl group which may be substituted, a 4 to 9 membered monocyclic or bicyclic aliphatic heterocyclic group having 1 to 3 independently selected heteroatoms from the group consisting of a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom and a nitrogen atom which may be substituted, or a 5 to 10 membered monocyclic or bicyclic heteroaryl group having 1 to 4 heteroatoms independently selected from the group consisting of a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom and a nitrogen atom which may be partially hydrogenated and may be substituted wherein a substituent of (i) the above alkyl group which may be substituted is from 1 to 3 groups each independently selected from the group consisting of fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine; a hydroxyl group; an oxo group; a carbamoyl group which may be substituted with 1-2 straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkyl groups; a straight or branched chain (C1-C6)alkylsulfonyl group; a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkoxy group which may be substituted with a carbamoyl group which may be substituted with 1-2 alkyl groups as defined above; an aliphatic heterocyclic group as defined above which may be substituted with 1 to 3 groups independently selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, an oxo group, a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1 -C6)straight or branched chain sulfonyl and a straight or branched (C1-C6)alkoxycarbonyl group; a straight or branched chain (C1-C6)alkoxycarbonyl group; an amino group which may be substituted with 1-2 groups independently selected from an alkyl group as defined above and a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkanoyl group; and a heteroaryl group as defined above, the substituents of (ii) the C3-C7 cycloalkyl group which may be substituted, (iii) the above aliphatic heterocyclic group which may be substituted, and (iv) the above heteroaryl group which may be partially hydrogenated and may be substituted are 1 to 3 groups each independently selected from the group consisting of a fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine atom; a hydroxyl group; an oxo group; a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkyl group which may be substituted with 1 to 3 groups independently selected from the group consisting of a carbamoyl group which may be substituted with 1-2 straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkyl groups, a hydroxyl group and a straight or branched chain (C1-C6)alkylsulfonyl group; a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkoxy group which may be substituted with a carbamoyl group which may be substituted with 1-2 alkyl groups as defined above; an aliphatic heterocyclic group which may be substituted with 1 to 3 groups independently selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, an oxo group, a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkylsulfonyl group of straight or branched chain and a straight or branched chain (C1-C6)alkoxycarbonyl group; an alkoxycarbonyl group; an amino group which may be substituted with 1-2 groups independently selected from the group consisting of a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkyl group and a straight or branched chain C1-C6 alkanoyl group;
