abstract | Procedure for controlling a comminution process, said procedure comprising the steps of: - measuring the measurement data (33) for the 3D reconstruction, for the three-dimensional reconstruction of the incoming ore (9), (21) with a system (22) , (27) taking pictures; - measuring the data (34) of the size of the fragments for the calculation of a characteristic value (38) of the size of the fragments of the outgoing ore (10), (32) with an equipment (28) for analyzing the size of the fragments ; - receiving a distribution profile (36) of the size of the incoming ore fragments (9), (21), said distribution profile (36) of the size of the incoming ore fragments (9) being calculated and/or reconstructed, (21) from said measurement data (33) for 3D reconstruction, for three-dimensional reconstruction; and - receiving a characteristic value (38) of the size of the fragments of the outgoing mineral (10), (32), said characteristic value (38) of the size of the fragments of the outgoing mineral (10), (32) being calculated based on to said data (34) of the size of the measured fragments; said procedure being characterized in that the comminution process has a grinding circuit (8), (20), (31); the ore entering the measurement stage of the measurement data (33) for 3D reconstruction is the ore entering said grinding circuit (8), (20), (31); the ore leaving the fragment size data measurement stage (34) is the ore leaving said grinding circuit (8), (20), (31); and said method comprises the steps of: - calculating the data (41) of the characteristics of the mineral based on said distribution profile (36) of the size of the fragments and said characteristic value (38) of the size of the fragments, identifying said data (41) of the characteristics of the ore the hardness of the ore, which is calculated throughout the grinding circuit that is in continuous operation; and - controlling the grinding circuit (8), (20), (31) in said comminution process based on said calculated data (41) of the ore characteristics. |
