abstract |
An isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to human programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) protein, wherein (a) the isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment comprises a variable region of the heavy chain (HCVR) with at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NO: 82 and a light chain variable region with at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NO: 90 and / or (b) the antibody or antigen-binding fragment comprises a heavy chain variable region (HCVR) of SEQ ID NO: 82 with 10 or fewer conservative amino acid substitutions and a light chain variable region (LCVR) of SEQ ID NO: 90 with 10 or less conservative amino acid substitutions; wherein the isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof binds to monomeric PD-L1 at 25 ° C with a KD of less than 100 pM as measured using surface plasmon resonance. |
