abstract |
A double-stranded nucleic acid (ANdc) comprising first and second nucleic acid strands that form a duplex structure wherein said first strand is 15-35 nucleotides in length and said second strand is 19-35 nucleotides in length and wherein said ANdc is complementary to the target HAO1 mRNA sequence as established in SEQ ID NO: 1823 along at least 19 consecutive nucleotides of said second strand and reduces the expression of the HAO1 target mRNA when introduced in a mammalian cell expressing said mRNA in vivo. |
