abstract Method of preparing a droplet pill comprising the following steps: (1) material melting step: thermally fusing a medicine and a droplet pill matrix to obtain a molten medicine liquid; (2) dripping step: supplying the molten medicine liquid under pressure to a dropper, and acquiring drops of medicine from the molten medicine liquid by vibration dripping; (3) condensation step: cooling medicine droplets with a cooling gas to obtain microdroplet pills, in which a temperature of the cooling gas is 0°C or lower; and (4) drying step: drying the low-temperature droplet pills from step (3) in a fluidized bed at 40 to 150°C for 1 to 4 hours to obtain uncoated droplet pills.
