A compound of Formula III, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, ** (See formula) ** wherein, Ring C is a 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl ring that is optionally substituted and contains at least one carbon atom. Or are; X2 is N or C-R12, where R12 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy; X3 is N or C-R13, where R13 is -Y-Z, where Y is a bond, -CH2- or -CH (C1-C4 alkyl) -; Z is -SO2Rb, -N (Ra) SO2Rb, -SO2N (Ra) 2, -N (Ra) SO2N (Ra) 2, -CON (Ra) 2, -N (Ra) CO2Ra, -N (Ra) CON (Ra) 2, -N (Ra) CORa, -OC (O) N (Ra) 2, -OSO2N (Ra) 2 or -N (Ra) SO3Rb; each Ra is independently hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocyclylalkyl, heteroaryl, or heteroarylalkyl; Rb is alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocyclylalkyl, heteroaryl, or heteroarylalkyl; X4 is N or C-R14, where R14 is hydrogen, halogen, -CN, alkyl, cycloalkyl, or alkoxy; and G is: ** (See formula) ** provided that the compound of Formula III is not 4- (2-ethyl-5- (methylsulfonyl) benzofuran-7-yl) -2-methylisoquinolin-1 (2H) -one , nor 4- (2-cyclopropyl-5- (methylsulfonyl) benzofuran-7-yl) -2-methylisoquinolin-1 (2H) -one. |
