abstract An automatic purification apparatus for isolating a target substance from a plurality of biological samples, comprising: - a block of pipettes 100 in which are removably installed, in two rows, a plurality of pipettes 141, 142 for suction and discharge a flowable material; - a fixed body 200 that supports the pipette block 100; - an up and down movement part that is fixed on the fixed body, to move the pipette block 100 up and down; - a base plate 400 that is located at the bottom of the fixed body 200 and that is mounted on a multiwell plate kit 420 420 ', which includes a plurality of groups of wells in two rows; - a magnetic field application part 700 that is mounted on a base plate 400 to apply and stop applying a magnetic field in a particular group of wells of a multi-well plate 420, 420 ', located on a lower side of the pipette block 100; wherein a solution drip tray 510 is arranged to be moved horizontally by a solution drip tray movement means installed on the fixed body 200, thus located on a lower side of the plurality of installed pipettes 141 and 142 on pipette block 100 when pipette block 100 is moved horizontally; wherein the magnetic field applying part 700 comprises a magnet mounting part 710 on which a magnet 711 is mounted and which is located on a lower side of the particular group of wells of the multiwell plate 420, 420 '; and a lifting piece 760 that raises and lowers the magnet mounting piece 710 to apply and stop applying the magnetic field on the particular group of wells of the multiwell plate 420, 420 '; wherein a well group insertion slot 713 is formed in an upper surface of the magnet mounting piece 710 so that the lower part of the particular well group of the multiwell plate 420, 420 'is inserted therein, and the base plate 400 is formed with a well group exposure hole 400-3 so that the lower portion of the particular well group of the multi-well plate 420, 420 'can be inserted into the well group insertion slot 713 when raises magnet mounting piece 710; further comprising a heating piece 810 for heating the particular group of wells of a multiwell plate 420, 420 '; wherein the magnetic field applying part 700 comprises a magnet mounting part 710 on which a magnet 711 is mounted and which is located on a lower side of the particular group of wells of the multiwell plate 420, 420 '; and a lifting piece 760 that raises and lowers the magnet mounting piece 710 to apply and stop applying the magnetic field in the particular group of wells of the multiwell plate 420, 420 ', and the heating piece 810 is installed in magnet mounting piece 710; wherein the heating piece 810 is a heat generating film that is in contact with the magnet mounting piece 710.
