Isolated human brown adipose tissue stem cell line, characterized in that the isolated human brown adipose tissue stem cell line is neonatal and capable of differentiating into differentiated cells of neonatal brown adipose tissue in a culture medium comprising protein containing domain of fibronectin type III (FNDC5), in which the gene expression of UCP-1, ELOVL3 and PGC1A is up-regulated in differentiated cells of neonatal brown adipose tissue compared to cells differentiated from protein 5 that do not contain fibronectin domain type III (FNDC5). |
