abstract Cosmetic composition and in particular a composition for make-up and/or care of keratin materials, in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion comprising: - at least one C16-C30 fatty alcohol, - at least one anionic surfactant with a general formula (I): RCOY(CH2)nSO3M where R represents a C16-22 linear or branched saturated alkyl group; Y represents -O- or -NR1- where R1 represents a linear or branched C1-3 alkyl group; M is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, the ammonium group, and organic amines; n is an integer that varies from 1 to 3; - at least one oil, - at least one wax and - at least one hydrophilic solvent chosen from the group consisting of water and C1-C5 compounds comprising at least one OH group, where said hydrophilic solvent is preferably water, the weight ratio of anionic surfactant(s) of general formula (I)/fatty alcohol(s) varies from 1/5 to 1/3, said composition comprises 1% to 10% by weight of one or more waxes with with respect to the total weight of the composition.
