Bacterial strains and their use for the bioremediation of soils contaminated with biphenyl and diphenyl oxide (HTF). The invention relates to a bacterial strain of Enterococcus sp. deposited with the CECT under the deposit number CECT30012 and to a bacterial consortium comprising it in combination with a strain of Achromobacter sp. deposited at the CECT under deposit number CECT30013 and a strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa deposited at CECT under deposit number CECT30014. The invention also relates to the use of said strain and of said consortium for the bioremediation of soils contaminated with biphenyl and diphenyl oxide (HTF). Finally, the invention provides a method for the bioremediation of soils contaminated with HTF in which this strain or consortium is used and a method for the production of microorganisms useful for degrading HTF. |
