abstract |
A method of producing high purity D-psychose crystals having a purity of 98% (w / w) or more and a grain size of MA200 (mean average grain size of 200 μm) or more, comprising: removing the impurities of a D-psychose solution to obtain a purified D-psychose solution; concentrating the purified D-psychose solution to a supersaturated concentration; cooling the concentrated D-psychosa solution to 30 ° C to 40 ° C by means of a heat exchanger; seed crystallizing the D-psychosa solution by adding a D-psychosa seed crystal and increasing the crystal size at 30 ° C to 40 ° C to obtain a seed-crystallized cooked mass containing a D-psychosa having a size crystal from MA100 to 150; and large-scale crystallizing the seed-crystallized massecuite at 30 ° C to 40 ° C to produce the D-psychosa crystals having a purity of 98% (w / w) or more and a grain size of MA 200 or plus. |
