A compound of general formula (I), or a tautomer, a mesomer, a racemate, an enantiomer, a diastereomer or mixtures thereof or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: ** (See formula) ** where: the ring P is selected from a five-membered heteroaryl and a five-membered heterocyclyl; ring Q is selected from phenyl and pyridinyl; A, B or Y is selected from -CH- and N; R1 is selected from alkyl and cycloalkyl, wherein said alkyl or cycloalkyl is furthermore optionally substituted by one or more groups selected from the group consisting of alkyl, halogen and haloalkyl; R2 is selected from halogen and haloalkyl; R3 are identical or different, and each is independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, alkoxy, cyano, nitro, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, and oxo, wherein said alkyl, cycloalkyl, and heterocyclyl are each further optionally substituted by one or more groups selected from the group consisting of halogen, hydroxyl, alkoxy, and alkyl; R4 is selected from phenyl and pyridinyl, wherein said phenyl and pyridinyl are each further optionally substituted by one or more groups selected from the group consisting of halogen, alkoxy, hydroxyl, cyano, nitro, alkyl, haloalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, cycloalkyl and heterocyclyl, wherein said haloalkyl is preferably trifluoromethyl; s is an integer between 0 to 3; t is 1. |
