titleOfInvention | Process for the production of organic silicon compounds |
abstract | Procedure for the production of reaction products from siloxanes that present SiH groups and organic compounds that carry olefinic double bonds, characterized in that di-μ-chlorobis (1,2-η) -cyclohexenoplatin (II) chloride is used as catalyst and because the reaction is carried out without a solvent and without the auxiliary phases that compatibilize or dissolve in the catalyst and the reaction takes place in bulk, the olefinically unsaturated organic compounds being selected from the group of α-olefins, of tense cyclic olefins, of α, ω-alkenols, of olefinically unsaturated polyethers in the terminal position, of amino functional α-olefins or of oxirans bearing α-olefin groups, or of olefinically unsaturated carboxylates in the ω position, the olefins being used separately or in any mixture with each other, olefinically unsaturated polyethers in the terminal position being understood as those polyoxyalkylene compounds whose unsaturated end is defined by a vinyl, allyl or methallyl group, selected from polyoxyalkylene compounds of the formulas CH2 = CH-CH2-O- (CH2-CH2-O-) x- (CH2-CH (R ') O-) and (SO ) zR "(IV) CH2 = CH-O- (CH2-CH2-O-) x- (CH2-CH (R ') O-) and R" (V) CH2 = CH-CH2-RIV (VI) CH2 = CH- (O) x'-RIV (VII) where x = 0 to 100, x '= 0 or 1, y = 0 to 100, z = 0 to 100, R' is an alkyl group with 1 to 4 atoms of C, optionally substituted, and R "represents a hydrogen radical or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; the group -C (O) -R '"with R'" = alkyl moiety; the group -CH2-O-R '; an alkylaryl group, such as the benzyl group; the group -C (O) NH-R ', RIV means a hydrocarbon residue with 7 to 47, preferably 13 to 37 C atoms, optionally substituted, SO means the residue C6H5-CH (-) - CH2-O- . |
