A prepreg of a fiber-reinforced composite foam material, which is prepared by impregnating reinforcing fibers with an impregnating material comprising a formaldehyde-based resin and a foaming agent, and then drying, characterized in that the impregnating material further comprises an itaconic acid epoxy resin, and the itaconic epoxy resin is synthesized from itaconic acid and an epoxy resin selected from the group consisting of a glycidyl ether type epoxy resin, a glycidyl ester type epoxy resin, an epoxy resin glycidyl amine type, a linear aliphatic epoxy resin, and a cycloaliphatic epoxy resin. |
