abstract | Process for the production of a composition containing polyalkenamer, comprising the steps: a) reaction of at least one cycloalkene by ring-opening metathetic polymerization in at least one organic solvent under obtaining a mixture of products containing polyalkenamer, performing the polymerization in the presence of at least one metal-containing catalyst, and the metal being selected from rhenium, ruthenium, osmium or mixtures thereof, the cycloalkene being selected from the group consisting of cyclobutene, cyclopentene, cycloheptene, cyclooctene, cyclonone, cyclodecene cyclododecene, cycloocta-1,5-diene, 1,5-dimethylcycloocta-1,5-diene, cyclodecadiene, norbornadiene, cyclododeca-1,5,9-triene, trimethylcyclododeca-1,5,9-triene, norbornene (bicyclo [ 2,2,1] hept-2-ene), 5- (3`-cyclohexenyl) -2-norbornene, 5-ethyl-2-norbornene, 5-vinyl-2-norbornene, 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene, dicyclopentadiene and mixtures of these, b) addition of at least one der alkylvinyl ivado, which is selected from C1- to C12-alkylvinylether, C1- to C12-alkylvinylsulfide or mixtures of these, after polymerization, the amount of substance of the alkylvinyl derivative corresponding at least to the amount of catalyst substance , c) addition of at least one compound A after addition of the alkylvinyl derivative, the amount of substance of compound A corresponding to at least the amount of catalyst substance, and compound A having at least one of the characteristics i) or ii ): i) at least one functional group selected from primary amino groups, secondary amino groups, tertiary amino groups, thiol groups, ester groups, carbonate ester groups, acetal groups, aldehyde groups, carbonyl groups, carboxamido groups, imido groups, oxime groups, thioester groups, nitrile groups, thiocyanate groups, primary ketimino groups, secondary ketimino groups, primary aldimino groups, secondary aldimino groups, groups sulfinyl, amine oxide groups, carboxy groups, phosphine groups, phosphane oxide groups, phosphono groups, or ii) at least one saturated or unsaturated, aliphatic or aromatic heterocyclic ring, with 3 to 14 ring atoms, containing the ring atoms at least one carbon atom and at least one atom selected from oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur, and d) elaboration of the mixture of products for the elimination of the catalyst under obtaining the composition containing polyalkenamer, the elaboration being carried out by means of filtration membrane in at least one organic solvent, the polymer being dissolved during membrane filtration. |
