Process for the production of low cross-linking silicic acid structures in a polymeric matrix, characterized in that a) a SiO2 sol is generated in a solvent, whereby the sol particles preferably have a size of 0.5 nm to 20 nm, b) a solution of a polymer in a solvent is prepared, c) the solution and the sol are homogeneously mixed, in which the solvent is water or alcohol or a mixture of water and alcohol, and the polymer is polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP ), and wherein the SiO2 and the polymer in step c) are present in a mass ratio (SiO2 / polymer) of 0.5 / 99.5 to 50/50. |
