An imaging agent comprising a compound of Formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, ** (See formula) ** wherein X is selected from (CR3 = CR3), O, NH, and S; Y is chosen from CR3 and N; where for each occurrence, R3 is independently selected from hydrogen, halo, cyano, and C1-6 alkyl; Z1, Z2, Z3, and Z4 are independently chosen from CH and N, provided that at least two of Z1, Z2, Z3, and Z4 are CH; R1 is selected from aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocycloalkyl, each of which is substituted with one or two cyano; L1 is chosen from C (O) O, O and NR4 or L1 is absent; R4 is selected from hydrogen and C1-6 alkyl; L2 is (CH2) m where m is 0, 1 or 2; and R2 is selected from hydrogen, hydroxyl, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, halo, and C1-6 alkoxy, R5 is selected from C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, and halo; and n is 0 or 1; or R2 and R5, taken together with any intervening atoms, form a 5- to 7-membered heterocycloalkyl ring, wherein the compound of Formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, is labeled with one or more positron-emitting radionuclides. |
