abstract |
A composition of polyether resins (hydroxy-functional oligo or polyether) obtained by reacting at least one polyol having at least three hydroxyl groups and a mixture of α,α-branched alkane carboxylic glycidyl esters derived from butene oligomers characterized because the sum of the concentration of the blocked isomers (with a secondary or tertiary carbon atom in the β position) and of the highly branched isomers (having at least 5 methyl groups) is at most 55%, preferably less than 40%, and most preferably less than 30% by weight of the total composition, and the % by weight is measured by gas chromatography using the method described herein. |
