Method for producing composite elements, which are composed of at least a cover layer (b) and a rigid isocyanate-based foam (a), in which the cover layer (b) is continuously moving and the starting material for the rigid isocyanate-based foam (a) is applied on the cover layer (b), and the discharge of the liquid starting material for the rigid isocyanate-based foam (a) is effected by at least two fixed tubes (c ) arranged side by side and provided with holes (f), which are next to each other and parallel to the level of the upper layer in relation to the direction of movement of the cover layer (b) covering at least the 70% of the width of the cover layer, the holes (f) having a diameter and a length and the length of the holes (f) is different along the tubes (c), characterized in that the introduction is made in the middle of the tubes. |
