abstract Method for preparing a composition comprising monomeric conjugates from a sample, said conjugate comprising: a) a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of interleukin 15, and b) a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of the sushi domain of IL-15Rα ; wherein said conjugate has an amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO: 16 or SEQ ID NO: 17, wherein said method comprises the use of anion exchange chromatography (AEX) performed at a pH equal to or greater than 7 , 0, followed by a hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) on said sample carried out in a buffer solution containing an ammonium salt, in which said sample corresponds to a sample of a culture medium of a transformed host cell expressing the conjugate, said host cell corresponding to a mammalian cell selected from the group comprising CHO cells, HEK293 cells, COS cells, PER.C6® cells, SP20 cells, NSO cells or any cell derived therefrom, preferably CHO cells .
