X is S, SO or SO2; R1 is C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C2-C6 haloalkenyl, C2-C6 alkynyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl or C3-C6 cycloalkyl-C1-C4 alkyl; or is C3-C6 cycloalkyl mono- or poly-substituted with substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, and C1-C4 alkyl; or R3 is C2-C4 alkynyl, mono- or poly-substituted with substituents selected from the group consisting of cyano, C1-C4 alkoxy, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, phenyl, pyridine, and pyrimidine; or R3 is a five to ten membered fused monocyclic or bicyclic ring system linked via a carbon atom to the 5 membered heterocycle, said ring system can be aromatic, partially saturated or fully saturated and can contain from 1 to 4 selected heteroatoms from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, provided that each of the ring systems cannot contain more than 2 oxygen atoms and more than 2 sulfur atoms, said five to ten membered ring system may be mono- to poly-substituted with substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, nitro, amino, hydroxyl, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, C1-C4 haloalkoxy, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 alkyl sulfanyl , C1-C4 alkyl sulfinyl, C1-C4 alkyl sulfinyl, -C (O) C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl sulfinyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl sulfinyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl sulfinyl and -C (O) C1-C4 haloalkyl; or R3 is a five to six membered partially saturated or fully saturated aromatic ring system, linked through a nitrogen atom to the 5-membered heterocycle, said ring system may be mono- or poly-substituted with substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, nitro, amino, hydroxyl, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, C1-C4 haloalkoxy, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 alkyl sulfanyl, C1-C4 alkyl sulfinyl, C1-C4 alkyl sulfonyl, - C (O) C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl sulfanyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl sulfinyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl sulfonyl and -C (O) C1-C4 haloalkyl; and said ring system contains 1, 2 or 3 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, wherein said ring system may contain no more than one oxygen atom and no more than one sulfur atom; R4 and R5 are, independently of one another, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, or are C3-C6 cycloalkyl, which may be mono- or poly-substituted with R7; or they are C3-C6 cycloalkyl-C1-C4 alkyl, which may be mono- or poly-substituted with R8;
