A compound of formula (I) **(See formula)** or one of its salts, wherein: HET is a heteroaryl selected from pyrazole, indole, pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine, pyrrolo[2,3- d]pyrimidine, pyrazolo[3,4- b]pyridine, pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine or purine, wherein said heteroaryl is substituted with zero or one substituent selected from F, Cl, Br, -OH, -CN , -CH3, -NH2, -N(CH3)2, -NHCH2C(CH3)2OH, -NHC(O)CH3, -NHCH2CH2OH, -C(O)NH2, hydroxypyrrolidine and pyridazine; R1 is: (i) C1-7 alkyl substituted with 1 to 4 substituents independently selected from F, -OH, -OCH3, -OCH(CH3)2, -OC(CH3)3, -C(O)NHCH3, - NH(CH(CH3)2), -NHS(O)2CH3, -NHC(O)C(CH3)2OC(O)CH3, -C(O)NH(1,1-tetrahydrothiophene dioxide), -OP( O)(OH)2, morpholine and phenyl substituted with -S(O)2NH2; (ii) bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-1-ol, tetrahydrobenzo[d]thiazol-2-amine, or 1,3-diazaspiro[4.5]decane-2,4-dione; or (iii) C3-6 cycloalkyl substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from F, -OH, -NO2, -CH3, -C(CH3)2OH, -C(O)NH(CH3), -C(O) NH(CD3), -C(O)NH(CH2CH3), -C(O)NH(cyclopropyl), -NHC(O)CH3, -NHC(O)OCH3, -NHS(O)2CH3, -S(O )2CH3, -SCH3, pyridine, methylimidazole, methylpyrazole and thiazole; and R2 is: (i) C2-6 alkyl substituted with zero to three substituents independently selected from F and -OH; (ii) -(CH2)0-3-Rx where Rx is C3-6 cycloalkyl, oxetane, tetrahydrofuran or tetrahydropyran, each substituted with zero to 2 substituents independently selected from F, -OH and -CH3; (iii) adamantane, benzothiazole, or bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-1-ol; or (iv) phenyl substituted with -OH, -CN, -CH2OH, -C(CH3)2OH, -OCH3, -C(O)NH2, -C(O)NH(CH3), -NHC(O)CH3, - NHS(O)2CH3, -S(O)2NH2, pyrazole, triazole or methyl-tetrazole. |
