abstract |
A spray drying apparatus (50A) of dehydration filtrate (33) from desulfurization wastewater (30) comprising: a gas inlet (52) provided in a side wall (51b) in the vicinity of a upper portion (51a) of a main body of the spray drying apparatus, for introducing a flue gas (18) to dry a spray liquid (33a); a rectifier plate (53) provided in the main body of the spray drying apparatus, for decelerating the introduced flue gas (18) in order to modify the flue gas flow into a laminar flow (X); a spray nozzle (54) for spraying the dewatering filtrate (33) emitted from the desulfurization wastewater (30) into the modified flue gas in laminar flow; a gas outlet (55) provided in a side wall (51c) in the vicinity of a lower portion of the main body of the spray drying apparatus, to discharge the flue gas (18) that has contributed to the drying of the filtrate from the dehydration (33); and a solid discharge means (57) provided in the lower portion of the main body of the spray drying apparatus, to discharge a spray dried solid (56), characterized in that the solid discharge means (57) is provided with a discharge hopper and discharge hopper is provided with thermal insulation means. |
