abstract | A liquid manual dishwashing detergent composition comprising: a) 1% to 60%, preferably 5% to 50%, more preferably 8% to 45%, most preferably 15% to 40%, by weight of the total composition of a surfactant system, the surfactant system comprises: i) an anionic surfactant preferably the anionic surfactant is selected from the group consisting of alkyl sulfate, alkyl alkoxysulfate, preferably alkyl ethoxysulfate and mixtures thereof; and ii) a primary auxiliary surfactant selected from the group consisting of an amphoteric surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant and mixtures thereof, preferably the amphoteric surfactant is an amine oxide surfactant, the zwitterionic surfactant is a surfactant of betaine type, and mixtures thereof, more preferably the primary auxiliary surfactant is an amine oxide type surfactant; wherein the weight ratio of the anionic surfactant to the primary auxiliary surfactant, preferably the anionic surfactant to the amine oxide surfactant is from 5: 1 to 1: 1; and b) from 0.1% to 10%, preferably from 0.5% to 7.5%, more preferably from 1% to 5%, by weight of the total composition of at least one ethylene oxide triblock copolymer (EO ) - propylene oxide (PO) - ethylene oxide (EO) of Formula (I): (EO) x- (PO) y- (EO) x where: each x is independently on average between 5 and 50, preferably between 10 and 40, more preferably between 10 and 30; and y is on average between 28 and 60, preferably between 30 and 55, more preferably between 30 and 48. |
